My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Shana at Anthony Vacations and could not have been more pleased. This was our very first time using a travel agent and weren't sure what to expect. Shana did an incredible job researching our cruise, providing us with up to date information and responding to all of our questions along the way. She even helped facilitate our transfers from hotels to the ship and airport which was a huge weight off our shoulders. Finally we have found a dependable travel agent. Shana is wonderful. It has been many years since we traveled and we had many questions. Shana was so prompt and attentive. Whenever we had a question she would immediately get back to us. She must always be working because she would answer our questions at night and even on weekends. Impressive. I reached out to Shana once again for a last minute get away, (30 days out). She responded immediately to our request and got us several quotes to review. She made the process so easy from start to finish along with booking us private transportation and getting travel insurance as we were unsure if an expired passport would return intime (YIKES)! i booked my first cruise with Cruise Planners this past summer. Shana was very helpful and attentive to my various questions, and concerns. She took the time to help me select the perfect cruise package, tailored to my tastes and finances. Additionally, she made a concerted effort to make sure my cabin was placed near an elevator, and smack dab in the middle of all the hot spots! This was especially thoughtful and helpful to me because I have a mobility issue. Shana also took the time to mail me all my luggage tags and paperwork when I didn't have access to a printer and spoke to my copilot regarding our cruise when family commitments and work over took my schedule!
We were over the moon with our trip and had a wonderful and relaxing time.
I am so glad I decided to cross off this bucket list trip with someone as capable, patient, helpful and thoughtful as Shana. From soup to nuts, Shana was there for me .
